These terms apply to your use of nexara.in and, if you are an authorised user, Nexara Research. Both are operated by Nexara Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Nexara", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Our services

Consulting, advertising, website and related services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal with each client. Using this website does not create a client engagement. If these terms conflict with a client agreement, the client agreement applies.

3. Website content

Content on this website, including notes and articles, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation, and it does not promise any particular result. We may change or remove content at any time.

4. Nexara Research

Nexara Research is a research platform under development. Access is currently limited to users we have authorised. If you are an authorised user:

• Keep your sign-in details confidential, and use the platform only for the purposes we have authorised.
• Research outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before relying on them for business decisions.
• Some features may rely on third-party services, which are governed by their respective terms and policies.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the platform, or withdraw access, at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the website or Nexara Research for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or Nexara Research, including through automated access that places an unreasonable load on them
